These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made via the website [www.bovifinelinens.com] between Francisco Vaz da Costa Marques, Filhos & Ca S.A. and any natural person acting for purposes outside the scope of their commercial, industrial, craft or professional activity (“Consumer”), in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February.

To place an order, the customer must:1. Select the desired products and add them to the basket;2. Enter the necessary billing and delivery details;3. Deliveries are made to mainland Portugal / the Autonomous Regions / the European Union.Unless otherwise agreed, the order will be delivered within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the day following the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with Article 19 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February.If the supplier fails to meet the agreed delivery deadline, the consumer may grant a reasonable additional period before terminating the contract.If delivery cannot be made for reasons attributable to the consumer, new delivery charges may be applied.In the event of the product being unavailable after the order has been placed, the consumer will be informed and reimbursed for the amounts paid within a maximum of 30 days from the date on which such unavailability is known.Exclusions to the Right of Free Resolution
The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to the following cases:1. Customised products or those made to the consumer’s specifications;2. Sealed goods which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene once opened after delivery;3. Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;4.
